At Nerdrums, our services are project-based rather than monthly recurring. Before getting started, this allows for a clear scope of work, time to completion, and a set price. Our business SEO services are divided into three packages:

SEO Strategy & Technical Setup

The strategy and technical packages are geared to give you the framework of what is needed for your website to produce against your company goals. We will work with you to understand your goals and how SEO will fit in. Conduct a thorough SEO audit to identify strengths and weaknesses—competitive analysis and fix technical issues holding back your website’s potential.
Identify Goals
Above all, knowing your company’s goals and how SEO will impact your business will help you determine if SEO is for you. We will meet with you before making any purchases to understand your objectives thoroughly.
We will then conduct an overview and competitive analysis of your website. After that, we’ll re-sync to see if SEO is a good fit for you and, if so, what the high-level plan looks like.
Once we kick off the project, we will investigate your goals deeper and understand your company’s market and personas. Develop a SWOT and competitive analysis, and identify the positioning we need for our search engine marketing efforts.
Website Audit
We will perform a thorough audit of your website, which includes identifying technical issues, on-page structure, ranking factors, and off-page placements, among other things. Based on changes and edits, we will break down all problems, areas for improvement, and a potential forecast.
Technical SEO
Following the completion of the website audit, we will identify any technical issues that may exist, including, but not limited to, site speed, 404 redirects, duplicate content, schema markup, and other factors. Google and other search engines read webpages using a structured approach. If the technical aspect of your website is incorrect or broken, search engines will not fully comprehend what you are attempting to convey.
We will categorize the issues based on impact priority (critical, high, medium, low). Due to some of the issues’ complexity, we will work closely with your internal team to implement the fixes when needed.

Content Strategy & Creation

The content creation project is where we will break down the content strategy and target keywords—allowing us to create content based on the keywords that will drive your prospective customers to your website. The project will include updating existing content, creating content structures, and creating new content.
Search Analysis Breakdown
In search analysis, we will research to identify the type of content we will need to create based on your industry, products, and prospect personas. From here, we will break out the keywords for these pieces of content into a hub and spoke model.
The hub and spoke model is where we have our pillar content (central piece) and a group of supporting content to aid in creating topic authority.
Content Creation Breakdown
Once we have the hub and spoke model you created and approved, we will start creating content to build out the topical authority needed. We will make the content pieces with a healthy mix of thought leadership, educational, and commercial keywords/content to boost your company in the appropriate industry and topics.
On-Page Optimization

How does your pricing model work?
Our pricing model is based on an agile approach. After our initial call, we will be able to identify your needs and how large the project would be. From the size of the project, we will break down each aspect into sprints, with a beginning and end date. Each sprint is priced as indicated in our pricing table. We have learned that this model gives transparency to the client. Allowing them to know the total cost and due dates ahead of time. Eliminating the never-ending goalpost.
What is your experience?
After more than a decade in the field, we thoroughly understand what makes a website rise high in the SERPs. We have worked with clients of various sizes, from startups to multinational corporations, and have assisted them with their website’s visibility in search engine results. We are well-versed in current SEO methodology and positive that we can assist you in reaching your objectives.
What is your process for working with clients?
We start with an initial call where we go over a preliminary audit for free. This allows us to see where your current standing is in SEO. Once the client decides to move forward with our services, we will have a kickoff call to understand better your goals, pain points, and where SEO will assist. After kickoff, we will assemble and review a project plan with the client. Once approved, break it into sprints and get to work. Lastly, we will ensure we have recurring syncs set up to keep a strong communication loop between both parties.
Do we only sync monthly, or can we sync more often?
We aim to deliver outstanding results for our clients and ensure the project exceeds their expectations. While we typically only meet once a month (depending on project length, some are only one month). We are happy to meet more often, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly at no extra charge.
